If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Matheos Techs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of Matheos Techs services, you agree to:

4. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

All payments for services are processed through our secure payment gateway partners. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your selected services.
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
• Authorize Matheos Techs to charge your selected payment method for recurring services.
• Be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchases.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Matheos Techs services:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content, child exploitation material, or pirated software.
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), phishing attempts, or fraudulent communications.
• Launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any network disruption activities.
• Hosting malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code.
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission.
• Tor exit nodes, open proxies, or anonymous browsing services.
• Violating any intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark infringement.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Matheos Techs website are the property of Matheos Techs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary code, designs, or content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or systems.
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you host on our servers, but grant Matheos Techs a license to use such content to provide and improve our services.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Matheos Techs strives to provide reliable services with the following commitments:

• Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% uptime for hosting and VPS services.
• Support Response: Initial response within 24 hours for standard tickets.
• Scheduled Maintenance: Advance notice provided for planned downtime.

Service credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding our SLA commitments. Force majeure events, third-party failures, and scheduled maintenance are excluded from uptime calculations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matheos Techs and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or content of third-party services integrated with our platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Matheos Techs in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matheos Techs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination and Suspension

Matheos Techs may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Non-payment of fees or fraudulent payment information.
• Request by law enforcement or government agency.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use services will immediately cease. You are responsible for backing up your data before termination. Domain registrations may be transferred according to ICANN policies.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of services shall be resolved through:

• Informal negotiations between parties.
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails, conducted in Dar es Salaam.
• Small claims court for qualifying disputes at your option.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Matheos Techs.
